Star Trek is a staple of sci-fi and fantasy culture, the franchise has been around for decades. Fans can look forward to many new additions in the coming years as detailed lore is developed. One such addition will be stories behind all collectibles and artifacts that exist throughout The Verse, marking their locations on an interactive map so players know where they’ll find them.
The “trek to yomi repack” is a mod that adds Lore-related collectibles and artifact locations to the game. The pack includes all of the items in the base game, with some exceptions.
In Trek to Yomi, there are 60 lore treasures that contribute to the overall world’s story. Nothing else in the game is unlocked by any of the artifacts. Finding them all, though, will earn you the trophy Leave No Stone Unturned on PlayStation and an achievement on Xbox and PC. There are some story/location spoilers ahead.
All Trek to Yomi Lore Collectibles Can Be Found Here
Artifacts, Chapter 1 (7 Collectibles)
Return to the dojo and enter via the rear entrance. Tamaya Mirror Cross the bridge with two NPCs to the Pavillion and look for it against a column on the right.
Izanagi Print — Go up the stairs and inside the building on the left after shifting the cart to establish a passage. This one is on the left, on a table.
Kai-Awase Shell — Go downstairs and leave the left entrance after entering the warehouse. In the top left, speak with the merchant.
Turn left after receiving the tooltip for sprinting near the bamboo barrier on your route to Sensei. This one may be found on a table in the next region.
Field Mouse Sculpture — Between two houses, you’ll find a shrine after killing your first three enemies. This one is on a table behind the shrine (up and right where you see the stone wall).
Kakute – You’ll eventually come to a dusty road that leads through a field. Cross a bridge into a ravaged hamlet with dead residents along the way after going down the hill past the shrine in the following section. On the right, there’s a home with an injured villager out front. This one may be found on a corpse within the home.
Izanami Print — Follow the path from the gate once you reach the outskirts. Go all the way to the conclusion. Battle three bandits in a graveyard. Continue until the very end and interact with the grave.
Artifacts, Chapter 2 (6 Collectibles)
Discarded After defeating the bandit in the shadows, descend a slope and ascend up the right side. A fox will cross the screen via a shrine in the next section. This one may be seen resting against a shelter in another region.
After entering the cave and rescuing the prisoner, take the lift to the top and turn left. Push the beam down to create a passage at the end. In a bucket, cross over for this one.
The Three Monkeys – Go left through the torii gate in the next area and interact with the stone sculpture at the end after crossing the tree near the waterfall (it breaks behind you).
Ema – After saving the peasants, go to the end of the trail and transfer the blazing cart. In the next section with the home with the blazing roof, turn right and keep left. On the left side, there is a wheat mound with this on it.
You’ll eventually drop down into the docks area, which will be indicated by a blazing wagon crashing into a cabin. Instead of crossing the planks over the boats, cross the bridge and remain to the left. This one is on a table in the house on the left, past the shrine.
Mori Shio – Enter the next region and follow the road heading down from the shrine after picking up the first Fury collection for the double-sided block and parry. This will be on a tree stump on the right side of the home.
Artifacts, Chapter 3 (10 Collectibles)
Swordsmith’s Hammer – Begin by climbing the stairs into the town. Continue straight and pass the burning debris on the right side of the roadway (past the rickshaw on the right). On the left, you’ll see a piece of the structure that isn’t on fire (between two that are). This one is propped up against the structure. You’ve gone too far if you ascend up.
Dove – Complete the next battle encounter before descending the stone steps. Kill the bandits that have taken over the bridge. To discover this one on a crate near a shrine, cross it and enter the dark second-story entrance.
Magatama Bead — As you exit the wheat barn, pass through the area where you may take protection from arrows. A torch will fork the way straight and left. Kill the bandits on the left. This one is to the right of the hunched, wailing guy, near the blazing home.
Fujin Print — From there, descend and turn left. Then go to the first torch (towards the screen), where the corpses are chained to poles. At the end of the trail, you’ll come across an NPC who is on the ground.
Continue past the flaming cart and down the hill with the fishing pole. Turn left at the bottom, past the shrine, and through the gate. This one is immediately inside the gate on the right (there’s a lady brandishing a spear here).
Ugajin – Pass through the field toward the main gate after defeating the cavalry. For this one at the finish, head right down a concealed route in front of the wall just before the gate.
Go through the gate and combat the bandits with the Bronze Mirror. Climb to the top and walk straight through the blazing structure. Examine the containers to the left as soon as you emerge.
Defeat the spearman and enter the home, Inarizushi. This one is on a box with a light on it, all the way to the right.
Moon Flask – After battling the bandits on the roofs, you’ll ultimately reach a lengthy flight of steps with a shrine at the top and flaming flags on the left. To locate this one, go to the rear of the area and turn right near the blazing debris.
Rice Bowl – You’ll face four or five bandits towards the conclusion of the chapter in the same warehouse you passed through in Chapter 1, but this time it’s on fire. As you exit the warehouse, a cart on fire appears at the top of the screen. Examine it.
Artifacts, Chapter 4 (10 Collectibles)
Onyudo – As you go into the forest, you’ll come upon a group of NPCs and two cages near a town with a campfire. This one is in the far right cage.
Noppera-bo — Enter the home on the left at the Bonfire. This one is in the front, on a table.
Otoroshi — Keep going until you reach an area with a shrine on the right, a big torii gate on the left, and a pagoda on the right. This one is on a wooden box within the pagoda.
Hitotsume-kozo – Examine the boxes on the first level in the center of the building near the dam.
Yurei – Fight the samurai on the rope bridge in the tunnel and go beyond the mountain’s massive face. Climb up and through the marsh. Take the trail to the right and up. Push the tree down near the waterfall beyond the shrine, then go to the opposite side to discover this one on a tree stump.
Uwan – Instead of going up the hill on the right side after defeating the samurai on the wooden covered bridge, go up the hill on the left side. This one may be found on a body near a fire.
Nuppeppo – Climb up the ledge outside and through the home with the spiders coming through the walls. The right-hand route leads to a bridge. Instead, turn left to discover this one near a cage towards the end.
Cross the lake and battle the samurai with Inugami. Soon after, you’ll arrive at a settlement. After several renovations, turn left and cross the bridge. On the opposite side, there’s a shrine with a ladder heading up. Climb it and look through the torch at the woodpile.
Ushi-Oni — After dashing over the crumbling bridge, climb up a damaged bridge piece to the right toward a shrine. Climb to the top of a wooden box to discover this one.
Yamawaro – Push the beam down to create a way up through the little settlement. Follow it around the slope and slide down. This one is kept in a cage atop a little crate.
Artifacts (Chapter 5) (8 Collectibles)
Great Thunder – When you first arrive in Yomi, descend the hill and look for this collectable among the rocks on the left side.
Defeat the first ghost and depart the hall using Cleaving Thunder. Continue to the left and look for a little box in the bottom left corner.
Earth Thunder – Finish the second puzzle and go up the stairs, where you will face another fight encounter. Follow the way to the finish, where you’ll locate this one on a crate by a cart (across from some stairs leading down).
Black Thunder – After constructing a second alternate route with the moveable blocks, go straight through a dojo fight chamber into a room with a shrine that you may freely enter. Continue straight into a statue-filled fighting chamber. Continue straight to the end of the trail, where you’ll discover a big urn with this at its base.
Couchant Thunder — On the left, there will be a shrine and tiger figurines. This one may be found behind the square (middle) brazier on the right side.
Roaring Thunder – Defeat the monster and go through the big opening. Turn left before the second giant door in the hall with the two enormous pillars to locate a shrine and this collectable on a crate.
Young Thunder – Finish the third puzzle and activate the switch at the top of the section to open a passageway. This one may be found on the ground to the right of the tower, flashing brightly.
Go through the tower and down the stairs as Fire Thunder/Raijin. Continue straight through the fighting area after using the shrine. Take two flights of stairs. Look left at the bottom of the third set for this one near the wall.
Artifacts, Chapter 6 (10 Collectibles)
Yutsu-Tsuma-Gushi (Yutsu-Tsuma-Gushi) — Go up to the shrine and look to the left of it for this one.
Maggots – After the second teleport, you’ll slide down a hill and climb up a ledge along the way. For this one, go the way up to the left into an area with torches and skulls.
Ebikazura Grapes — Pass through the portal into the fight arena, which is filled with archers aiming at you. With this treasure, you’ll notice a shrine with a rock protrusion to the right.
Enter the home after completing the fighting zone in front of the enormous snake skull. For this one, climb the ladder and step onto the beams in the front.
Ookamuduminomikoto — Enter the whirlpool via the portal near the obelisks. Follow the next fighting area to the far right of the screen, where you’ll discover this one on a crate beside a tree.
Totsuka-No-Tsurugi – Teleport to the jungle temple’s next obelisk, then go to the next fight arena over the wooden bridge. This one may be found on a little box beneath a tree if you go all the way to the right (an obelisk is in the background).
Naginata Tip: Teleport to the burning town and finish the fighting area with extra bridges. Finally, look for the smoldering debris at the top of the screen (before the area slopes down to the right).
Teleport back to a wilderness with tainted clothing. Continue until you reach a choppy dock. This one is on the far right side of the pier.
Hirasaka — Using the dock teleporter, head right when you spawn to pick up this collectable off the cliff’s edge barrier.
Onusa — Go to the left of the gate to this one by a cart before entering the dazzling light at the Torii gate at the end of the same area.
Artifacts, Chapter 7 (9 Collectibles)
Matching Kai-Awase Shell — When you return to the town from Yomi, head right about halfway down the trail before it slopes up to discover this one.
Hiogi Remainder — Continue up the walkway and up the stairs into the building where the Izanagi Print was discovered in Chapter One. This one will be on the right-hand counter.
Kiseru Remnant — Enter the same structure, down the stairs, enter another building, and enter a small courtyard with a fight arena. At the top of the screen, you’ll find two injured peasants beside a cart and wreckage. Examine the steps.
Death Warrant – Climb down and right to climb over a small wall after falling through the ceiling. This one is on a container in the front.
Defeat the general using the Omoikane Mask and go to the next home. As soon as you go in, look to the left for this one.
Tsurugi — You’ll come across a section of the hamlet where a massive explosion will obstruct your way. Pass through the inside fighting area before moving on to the outer combat area. To locate this collectable on a table, squeeze past the boxes and leap over the hurdle in the next home.
Kanke Koshu – This one may be found on a barrel at the top of the stairs in the same home (to the left of the door).
You’ll arrive to a stream after the timed challenge with the fire and fireworks. This one may be found in the rocks on the right side of the bridge, below the bridge.
Sake Cup — Continue up the path past the shrine, through the gate, and up the steps to the blazing dojo. A stack of boxes appears at the bottom of the screen as the camera changes. Examine it.
