“If It Tastes Good, Spit It Out” is a documentary that was created by Clifton Collins Jr. and his company Adrienne Donadio Productions in order to raise awareness on the dangers of ingesting alcohol with other drugs.
“If It Tastes Good, Spit It Out” is a saying that has been around for many years. The saying was popularized by Scooby-Doo. The phrase has now been used in different contexts.
With his unusual mix of power and agility, Zion Williamson has the potential to be a transcendent player in the NBA, but he must be on the floor in order for that to happen. The All-Star for the New Orleans Pelicans has only appeared in 85 games in his first two and a half years in the league, and he has yet to suit up this season.
Williamson reportedly weighed as much as 330 pounds in the offseason last year, which has definitely contributed to his inability to return to the floor. Charles Barkley is a professional basketball player. was blunt with his nutrition advise for the oft-injured superstar earlier this month.

Williamson’s NBA career has gotten off to a rocky start.
In the summer leading up to his rookie year, the No. 1 overall selection in 2019 tore his meniscus and missed the first 44 games of the season. When he eventually got on the floor, he was a force to be reckoned with, but injuries plagued him throughout his second season in the league.
Williamson missed many games in 2020 due to a thumb strain and a broken finger, and he’s currently struggling with an unknown foot condition that has kept him out for the first 43 games of the season.
When you combine Zion’s alarming injury history with allegations that he weighed up to 330 pounds this summer, the Pelicans have reason to be worried about his future.
Barkley raised his own concerns about Williamson’s health on TNT’s Inside the NBA a few months ago.
“I’m worried. “I’m quite worried,” Barkley expressed his worry.
“When you’re young, you shouldn’t be wounded.” He’s previously undergone leg surgery and now has a fractured foot. He’ll have to understand that you have to manage your eating even when you’re hurt. You’re trying to get in shape when players get wounded and come back. And if you keep putting that much stress on your knees and feet, you’re going to become harmed.”
“If it tastes delicious, spit it out,” Barkley says of Williamson.
Barkley is plainly concerned about Williamson’s prospects of having a long NBA career at his present weight, and as a large person himself, the NBA Hall of Famer recently gave Williamson some easy diet advise.
I’m going to put Zion on the same diet that I used to be on. Spit it out if it tastes delicious… Spit it out if it tastes delicious.

A tight diet would definitely help Williamson get back closer to 260 pounds and relieve some tension on his knees, despite the fact that it seems like a joke at first.
“We joke around,” Barkley said, “but we want this kid to get well because he’s got so much skill and seems like a terrific kid.” “However, the Pelicans must stand firm. If you can simply get your weight under control, you’re going to earn a billion bucks.”
What would Chuck say to Zion?

The Round Mound of Rebound, as Barkley is known, struggled with his weight throughout his NBA career. Barkley’s suggestion may be tough, but it might be precisely what Williamson needs right now.
“How many people would have told me I was overweight and lazy if they had been present at the time?” Because, you know, most people around you are enablers when you’re in the spotlight,” Barkley remarked. “You’re basically paying all the bills and purchasing all the meals.” ‘Yo guy, you’re going to eat your way out of the NBA,’ they won’t say.
“I’d sit him down and tell him, ‘Yo guy, they’re handing out money to jerks who can’t play.’ You’ve got a lot of potential. You have the potential to be the greatest player in the NBA.’
He is correct in that regard. But, before we start having that debate, Zion has to find a way to remain healthy and play regular minutes.
