If you’re a Minecraft Realms server owner, here’s how to update your version of the game.
A problem has arisen where certain Minecraft users are unable to upgrade their Minecraft Realms servers to the most recent 1.19 version of the game.
How to upgrade Minecraft Realms to version 1.19 is covered in our tutorial. Even while this procedure seems difficult at first, it is really extremely easy after your base game has been completely updated.
How to Update Realms in Minecraft to 1.19
Except for the original game, which has a default configuration for automatic updates, the Minecraft Realms service does not need any further updates.
It’s possible that some gamers have disabled this feature. If you have, you must manually upgrade Minecraft to version 1.19, which will update the Minecraft Realms servers that you were using or overseeing before the change.
To manually upgrade your Minecraft game to version 1.19, follow these steps:
- Open the Minecraft Launcher program.
- The “Installations” tab is located on the top menu.
- Choose “New Installation” from the menu.
- Select “Version Server” from the feature list.
- Choose “Latest Release (1.19)” from the menu.
- In the lower right corner, click the “CREATE” button.
- Back on the main menu, choose “PLAY.”
At this moment, your Minecraft game will begin to download and update. A new updated 1.19 version of the game should launch once you wait for it to finish. At the beginning of the game, the version of Minecraft is shown in the bottom left corner.
If everything went according to plan, the most recent version of Minecraft Realms server should also be installed.
