my ex moved on and is happy is a headline that was published in the New York Post. The article discusses how one man’s girlfriend broke up with him, but he is more than happy that he has moved on.

Tom Brady recently acknowledged that 90% of what he says to the media isn’t always what he’s thinking. Tom Brady Sr. does not seem to be one of them.

The father of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback recently talked about his son’s impending game against Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium. The older Brady wasn’t shy about his feelings on his son’s comeback, adding that he’s “more than pleased that he’s moved on.”

In Week 4, Brady and the Buccaneers face Bill Belichick and the Patriots at Gillette Stadium in one of the most highly anticipated regular-season games in recent memory. Brady, the athlete, will treat it as if it were just another game, but Brady, the parent, does not.

Brady, of course, won his seventh Super Bowl in his first year away from New England, guiding the Buccaneers to a win against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 55. Brady Sr. was a recent guest on Tom E. Curran’s Patriots Talk Podcast, and Curran asked him whether he felt vindicated for his son.

The older Brady agreed, saying, “Damn right.” “You’re absolutely correct. Belichick wants him out the door as soon as possible. He tossed 56 touchdowns last season. That was a very excellent year, in my opinion.”

Curran then inquired whether his kid shared his feelings.

He replied, “Damn correct.” “You’re absolutely correct.”

Tom Brady’s father says he’s ‘overjoyed that he’s moved on.’

Brady was the quarterback for the Patriots for 20 years under Belichick, and the two established a winning history in New England with six Super Bowl wins. It seemed to be a match made in heaven, but when the quarterback tested free agency for the first time in his career, it didn’t appear to be the case. Brady has packed his belongings, and his father is pleased with his choice.

Brady Sr. stated, “My sense is Tommy is very grateful of everything that occurred throughout his New England tenure.” “He’s overjoyed that he’s moved on because it was clear that the Patriots leadership thought it was time for him to move on as well.

“To be honest, it may have been ideal for Belichick to move on from him. On the other side, I believe the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are relieved that the decision was made at Foxborough that they couldn’t pay or retain him after his previous contract expired.”

The Patriots struggled tremendously on offense without Brady. Cam Newton took Brady’s position and finished 7-8 in 15 starts. The squad ended with a 7-9 record. Newton has already been dismissed, and rookie Mac Jones has taken his position.

Brady Sr. anticipates a ‘true treat’ when he returns to New England.

Most NFL fans have the Buccaneers and Patriots’ Week 4 clash marked on their calendars. Brady Sr. is excited to return to New England for the meeting as well. He expects it to be a “great pleasure,” he told Curran. Curran inquired about his feelings about returning to Gillette Stadium.

Brady Sr. described it as “very sentimental.” “We lived there for 20 years. Tommy was welcomed by the crowd. Tommy was welcomed by the community, and Tommy was embraced by the squad for a while. It’ll be a great pleasure when he returns home. He spent 20 years in Boston making his mark.

We owe a great deal to the Patriots and Boston. Things go on, as they do in every period of life. Our children are growing up. Our children have moved on. They are able to leave the home. They decide to go somewhere else. Tommy is going through something similar right now since he’s been relocated. We will support our children wherever Daddy is. Tommy is the same as the rest of us.”

Tom Brady Sr. isn’t afraid to tell it like it is. After the Week 3 games, expect a different, more generic rendition from his kid.
